pivot table from delimited text in cells

I have 2 columns , where the second column contains values delimited by comma I need these values in first column with the related values from the first column as delimited in the second column

ITEM1¨group

aap gr2,gr3

noot gr3

mies gr1,gr2

zus gr4

wim gr1,gr2,gr3,gr4

jet gr2,gr3,gr4



the result should be something like

gr1 mies,wim

gr2 aap,mies,wim,jet

gr3 aap,noot,wim,jet

g4 zus,wim,jet



Is there some speicifc function available for this ( pivot does not work)
